Dwane Lay
CEO

In 1980 Dwane launched the business with a single truck. He is now the CEO of one of the only privately owned Mechanical Contracting businesses in the Knoxville area. Little known fact about Dwane: He sold the family car to begin the business and has remained debt free.

President

Upon graduating high school in 1989, Randy began his career at Del-Air. He has worked in every aspect of the business including Laborer, HVAC Technician, Project Superintendent, Financial Controller, Project Manager and now Secretary / Treasurer of the business. Little known fact about Randy: He and his wife Carol serve as Foster Parents.

Lori Sentell has over 20 years in the HVAC business. She has served at Del-Air for over 8 years. Starting out in an Administrative role, Lori now serves as a Project Team Leader in the Service & Building Automation Division. Little known fact about Lori: She has a minor in Spanish.
